Nikki Smith
I can help you to transform your worklife!
I inspire, guide and cheerlead individuals to create their dream-life best-fit role or business. I listen between the lines and get to the core of people's desires.
I help people to:
- figure out what's next, whether they have loads of ideas or none
- create the work that has more freedom and flexibility, and that plays to their strengths, interests and lifestyle needs.
I see opportunities and connections between ideas where others’ don’t. I elevate the vision and confidence of others through strengths coaching. And, I help individuals to value their strengths and see them as their superpowers and give them the knowledge and tools to use them every day.
I’m a registered Psychologist with a focus on performance and career coaching, including career change. I’ve recruited and coached people across a range of sectors in Australia, UK, and Europe from aviation, finance and banking to media and advertising. Companies include, Freemantle Media, British Airways, Air New Zealand, Silverjet, Victorian Government, ANZ, Westpac, Transport for London, Inbev, Computershare, Hudson, Penna, TMP Worldwide, British Airport Authority, and British Customs.
My passions? All things Spanish, and I love surfing.
