There are two ways that I usually ask my clients to measure their success:

1. Their level of fulfilment from their work, and this includes whether they’re happy with their salary and flexible working arrangements.
2. Whether they feel energised or exhausted at the end of the year

So, this definition of success isn’t just about earning money.

It’s also about checking whether their current role is a positive part of their lives.

In other words, is it the opposite of Monday-itis every week, or are they needing therapy just to turn up.

Landing your Dream Role in 2023 is not about New Year’s resolutions, and it’s absolutely not about being harsh on yourself because you’ve stayed another year fed-up and stuck in an unfulfilling role.

It is about knowing what to do so you reach your target.

2. Figure out which idea is a best-fit
3. Learn how to make the change safely in 3 steps
