Thanks Nikki and Renee, so many great ideas and tips in this podcast. It gives me the opportunity to use these in my new role, and knowing that my probation period is an opportunity to take advantage of these great ideas. It makes me breath a little to know that I have a great support network to brainstorm with.
Wow! This was an amazing interview. So many fantastic insights and tips. I loved the part about culture being the behaviours that are encouraged or discouraged over time. It definitely clarified why I have felt a lack of connection in some jobs and why this made me doubt the integrity of the leadership.
