How to play to your strengths & reclaim time

We’ve been taught to believe we have to ‘do it all’ ourselves. But the reality is, that approach is far from sustainable. The best results are realised when we play to our strengths and mitigate our weaknesses through partnering, outsourcing or eliminating tasks we struggle with.
